FORT PAYNE, Ala. — The Fort Payne Police Department has released its activity report for Friday, June 5, through Sunday, June 7, 2026.
On Friday, June 5, officers reported two arrests and four accidents with no injuries.
Elizabeth Crystal Belle Gaul, 43, of Fort Payne, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear at 8:52 a.m. Morgan Teresa Davis, 52, of Fort Payne, was arrested on a warrant for harassment at 3:22 p.m.
On Saturday, June 6, officers investigated several incidents, including damaged property at 901 Glenn Blvd. SW, where a light post was damaged. The damage was valued at $5,000.
Police also reported a theft of property at 302 Logan Street NE, where an air conditioner unit valued at $1,000 was taken. A separate theft was reported at Walmart, where miscellaneous items valued at $49.98 were taken.
Three arrests were reported Saturday. Vivian Brooke Dobbins, 28, of Rainsville, was arrested for DUI at 1:20 a.m. Michael Shane Robinson, 41, of Ider, was arrested for driving under the influence of a combined substance at 10:06 p.m. Kevin Duane Faulkner, 49, of Fort Payne, was arrested on two warrants for an outside agency at 10:20 p.m.
No accidents were reported Saturday.
On Sunday, June 7, officers investigated a theft of property at 4697 Hawthorne Drive NE, where cemetery décor and multiple toys were taken from a grave. The items were valued at $500.
Police also reported damaged property at 700 4th Street NE, where a stop sign and street sign were damaged. The damage was valued at $150. Another damaged property report was taken at 3106 Wallace Ave. NE, where a business sign was damaged. The damage was valued at $700.
One arrest was reported Sunday. Arnulfo Miguel Francisco, 32, of Fort Payne, was arrested for DUI at 3:23 a.m.
Police also reported one accident Sunday with no injuries.
