An accident occurred at DeSoto Pkwy NE and Womack Drive NE, Michael Jason Pace, age 38 of Fort Payne, riding a 2002 Harley Davidson 883 was struck by a deer and left the roadway. He and passenger Kitty Reed Pace, age 30 of Fort Payne, were transported to Floyd Medical Center by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
