On April 16, 2026, Brad Anthony Roden, age 39 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession of Child Pornography. After an investigation into the allegations, a search warrant was issued and carried out by the Fort Payne Police Departments Tactical Unit. Roden was arrested without incident and charged with 9 counts of Possession of Child Pornography. He was booked into the Fort Payne City Jail and then transported to the Dekalb County Detention Center with a $270,000.00 bond. More charges are expected as the investigation continues.
