EXPLOSIVES FOUND: (Update, device has been removed from the scene) The DeKalb Co. DTF, Collinsville PD, and DCSO were on KC Lane in Collinsville where explosive material was found.
The state bomb squad (ALEA EOD) removed the device from the scene. There is no immediate danger to the public.
