According to Sheriff Jeff Shaver, Cherokee County investigators arrested Robert M. Dildine, 55 of Centre, on Tuesday on multiple charges. Investigators charged Dildine with 3 violations of the sex offender registration notification act (SORNA), unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and unlawful possession of marijuana. He was also taken into custody for 2 failure to appear warrants related to previous SORNA violations. The suspect was transported to the Cherokee County Detention Center.
