RAINSVILLE, AL. – County Road 835 (Old HWY 35) between Rainsville and Fort Payne, Al. is closed, until further notice, due to the ground sliding and making the roadway unsafe for travel. Also, there is a possible natural gas leak in the area, due to the land slide. Gas officials are in route. Please avoid the area.
