Douglas Brooks Hamilton was taken into custody by Boaz Police, Collinsville Police and the Dekalb County Sheriffs Deputy’s at the Travelers Inn hotel in Collinsville. He was with a young child who had been reported missing. Hamilton is charged with of production of child pornography by Boaz Police
