Fort Payne Police department responded to an 18 wheeler accident this morning around 6:00 am, at “Joe’s Truck Stop”. “Joe’s Truck Stop” is located in Fort Payne, at the base of Lookout Mountain, on Alabama Highway 35.
There were injuries involved, but those were believed to be minor. As of 7:55 am, Fort Payne Police department said the wreck and roadway were getting close to being cleared up.
