Rainsville’s Own Fortner Brothers 4 Christ Singing At Ark Encounter

Local gospel group the Fortner Brothers 4 Christ will be singing this weekend at The Singing News Gospel Music Weekends at the Ark Encounter. They will take the stage at Noah’s Village Stage on Friday, July 22, 2022 at 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM.

The Fortner Brothers 4 Christ are brothers from North Alabama, Rainsville, Al., that love to sing, play, and write music for the glory of Jesus Christ. Layne Fortner is 19 and currently attending college on a music scholarship. His future plans are to get a business degree and to follow Christ’s will.

Kyle, Kennon, and Konner are 16 year-old triplets who are juniors and very involved in high school. They all play football, and are on the school chapel team. They participate and compete in the Beta Club for academics and leadership. They enjoy being on the praise team for their church youth group too. All four boys want to continue to take the gospel to as many as they can.

Layne Fortner plays the electric and acoustic guitar, Dobro/Banjo, Mandolin, & Fiddle and sings lead, tenor, and bass.

Kyle Fortner plays acoustic guitar and sings tenor, baritone, and bass.

Kennon Fortner plays drums/percussion and sings lead and tenor.

Konner Fortner plays bass guitar and sings lead and tenor.
