The Plainview Lady Bears Basketball Team will host the 18th Annual Turkey Trot 5K, on Thanksgiving Day, November 28, 2019. The race start at 8:00 am, at the Dekalb County Schools Coliseum, located on Highway 35 East in Rainsville, Al.
The race will be timed by Pinpoint Radar Timing and ribbons will be awarded by male and female age divisions, and overall winners will receive medals.
The pre-registration fee is $25 per runner. This will include at T-Shirt to be picked up on race day. Race day entry fee will be $30, and shirts cannot be guaranteed for race day entries, so make sure you pre-register. You can mail or bring your pre-registration form, fee, and signed wavier to Luke Griggs or Kyle Coots, at Plainview High School, 76 Chavies Road, Rainsville, Al. 35986. Make checks payable to “Lady Bears Basketball”. You can also register online at www.raceonline.com. To guarantee your desired shirt size, registration forms need to be turned in by November 14, 2019.
Proceeds from the Turkey Trot go to benefit the Plainview Lady Bears Basketball Program.
