A Marshall County inmate died in a hospital two weeks after he tested positive for covid-19.
The Marshall County Sheriff’s office says Joseph Campbell, while getting treatment for the virus at Marshall Medical Center, has died.
According to the Sheriff’s Office, Campbell had been arrested on July 30th for possession of obscene materials and dissemination of child porn.
Two other inmates remain in hospitals due to covid 19.
The sheriff says all covid cases in the jail have completed their quarantine time and no one else has tested positive.
