Activity for October 14 thru October 17, 2019

Monday October 14th                 

Incidents

Hit and Run Vehicle – Occurred at 2645 Greenhill Blvd NW, a bumper and hood on a 2009 Toyota Venza were damaged, valued at $300.00

4 Arrests

Amber Marie Crowe, age 23 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Failure to Appear at 1:21 am

Tristan Kendall Blake, age 22 of Fort Payne, was arrested on Two Warrants for Failure to Appear at 11:13 am

Johnathon Randolph Gafford, age 40 of Mentone, was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 2:02 pm

Shai Kayle Kirtz, age 23 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency at 4:36 pm

Tuesday October 15th

Incidents

Duty Upon Striking an Unoccupied Vehicle – Occurred at 300 Grand Ave SW, a bumper on a 2017 Ford Flex was damaged, valued at $400.00

3 Arrests

Gina Steele Dobbs, age 47 of Crossville, was arrested on Two Charges of Burglary and Possession of Burglary Tools at 10:45 am

Jason Dawayne Pointer, age 40 of Crossville, was arrested on Two Charges of Burglary and Possession of Burglary Tools at 10:45 am

Cammie Louise McBride, age 30 of Sylvania, was arrested on a Revocation Warrant at 1:50 pm

Wednesday October 16th        

Incidents

Theft of Property – Occurred at 157 11th Street NE, an online sale was a scam, valued at $420.00

3 Arrests

Sonya Kay Young, age 42 of Henagar, was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 2:40 pm

Corey Matthew Frazier, age 40 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Driving While Revoked at 3:45 pm

Dustin Labron Bell, age 33 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Driving While Suspended at 5:13 pm

 3 Accidents with 1 Injury

An accident occurred at Adamsburg Road E and Tyler Ave SE, Lisa Diann Garmany, age 44 of Fort Payne, driving a 2008 Chevrolet Impala, left the roadway and overturned.  Garmany was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.

Thursday October 17th      

Incidents

Theft of Property – Occurred at 1201 Jordan Road SW, a wallet and contents were taken, valued at $150.00

Theft of Property – Occurred at 4305 Godfrey Ave NE, a Husqvarna lawn mower was taken, valued at $2800.00

Brenda Joyce Roden, age 30 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 9:32 am

A 16 year old juvenile male of Fort Payne was arrested for Pubic Intoxication at 12:35 pm

A 15 year old juvenile male of Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Appearing in Public Under the Influence at 12:35 pm

Joshua Logan Stephens, age 24 of Valley Head, was arrested for Reckless Endangerment and Fleeing or Attempting to Elude Law Enforcement at 2:57 pm

Kenneth Michael Edwards, age 49 of Rainsville, was arrested on a Warrant for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 5:05 pm

6 Accidents with 2 Injuries

An accident occurred at Greenhill Blvd and Quail Hollow Road NW, a 2013 Ford F150 traveling north on Greenhill Blvd NW veered into the southbound lane striking Tasha Lynn Doyle, age 38 of Fort Payne, driving a 2007 Suzuki XL7. Doyle and a ten-year-old female passenger were taken to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.  The driver of the F150 left the scene of the accident, the vehicle was registered to George Brian Beasley, 58 of Valley Head.
