William Clark Smith, age 45 of Henagar, was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 12:38 pm
Steven William Warren, age 38 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency at 10:30 pm
3 Accidents with 1 Injury
An accident occurred at Greenhill Blvd NW and Tate Road NW, David Dewayne Worley, age 60 of Rainsville, driving a 2015 Ford Lariat, left the roadway and struck mailboxes and a tree. Mr. Worley was airlifted by Air Evac to Erlanger Hospital.

Damaged Property – Occurred at 5525 Gault Ave N, a windshield on a 1999 Chevrolet Silverado was damaged, valued at $150.00

An accident occurred at Glenn Blvd SW and Airport Road E, Traci H Madden, age 49 of Boaz, driving a 2010 Volkswagen, left the roadway and struck a concrete light pole. Madden was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
