The First Responders Board will host a ceremony to honor and remember Dekalb County Deputy Jeff Bain and Deputy Mickey Bowen. The ceremony will be held at the First Responders Memorial in the Rainsville City Park on May 13th at 6:00 pm. Dekalb County Sheriff Nick Welden encourages everyone to join the ceremony in remembering these officers.
