- County roads are deemed impassable.
- Morgan
- U.S. 31 has reports of icy road conditions.
- Alabama 36 has reports of icy road conditions.
- Interstate 65 has reports of icy road conditions.
- U.S. 231 / Brindlee Mountain has road blockage.
- County roads has reports of icy road conditions.
- Cullman
- All roadways have reports of icy road conditions.
- Alabama 69 South of Interstate 65 has icy conditions with wrecks and multiple disabled vehicles.
- U.S. 278 west of Interstate 65 has reports of icy conditions. Have several reports of disabled vehicles.
- Blount
- All roadways have treacherous icy conditions.
- Madison
- Alabama 53 has reports of icy road conditions.
- U.S. 231 has reports of icy road conditions.
- U.S. 72 has reports of icy road conditions.
- County roads in the north part of the county has reports of treacherous icy conditions.
