Alabama Governor Kay Ivey held a news conference today to detail the changes in the State of Emergency. In these changes, basically most businesses in the State will be forced to close, even those in extremely rural areas. This will further exacerbate the economic crisis for most small businesses in the State, which many will not be able to recover from.
