Chief Michael Edmondson, Sergeant Alex Jose, and Officer Sean Fowler of Rainsville Police Department, along with Chief Stephen Malone from Powell Police Department visited Fyffe Pre-K for show and tell on Monday September 26th 2022. While there the officers talked about safety with the kids. After that, the children got to check out a real police car and play with Maxx, Chief Malone’s K-9 partner. Chief Edmondson said “It’s awesome to get to visit with these Pre-K kids, they need to understand that we are here to help, and that they can come to us for help anytime!” “I am also thankful that we have been blessed in our area with such amazing teachers, who take time out of their day to show their children how important it is to meet and talk to police”.
