HUNTSVILLE POST – A single-vehicle crash that occurred at approximately 1:50 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 17, has claimed the life of a Flat Rock man. Kenneth D. Evans, 57, was fatally injured when the 2016 Ford Fiesta he was driving left the roadway and overturned before striking a tree. Evans was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The crash occurred on Jackson County 95 near Jackson County 295, approximately two miles south of Higdon city limits, in Jackson County. Nothing further is available as Troopers with the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s (ALEA) Highway Patrol Division continue to investigate.
