Order from the Supreme Court Suspending Hearings and Trials Statewide Until April 16, 2020
According to Jeremy S. Taylor, Presiding Circuit Judge Ninth Judicial Circuit of Alabama, the Supreme Court has suspended hearings and trials statewide until April 16, 2020, subject to certain exceptions set out in the order. This order applies to circuit, district, juvenile, probate, municipal and appellate courts.
