The Fyffe Lady Red Devils varsity basketball team continues their winning tradition this year by capturing their 3rd Class 2A, Area 15 title in a row and winning the northeast regional championship two out of the last three years. Fyffe has fought hard this season against some of the toughest opponents in Class 2A action. The Lady Red Devils defeated the # 2 state ranked Sacred Heart Cardinals 47-37 in round one of the regional tournaments. Next, the Lady Red Devils took on the # 1 state ranked Sand Rock Wildcats in the regional championship game, defeating the Wildcats 65-61. This win ended Sand Rock’s 26 game winning streak and propelled the Fyffe Lady Red Devils to the Final Four in Birmingham, Al. The Fyffe Lady Red Devils (29-5) will take on the R.C.
