Steven Kane Alexander, age 55 of Fort Payne, was arrested Warrant for Community Corrections Non-Compliant at 5:52 pm
Daniel Wade Germany, age 43 of Fort Payne, was arrested on Three Warrants for Failure to Appear at 5:45 pm

An accident occurred at Wallace Ave E and Scenic Road E, Benjamin E Toler, age 32 of Fort Payne, driving a 2003 Ford F150, struck Christy Lynn Jeter, age 40 of Gaylesville, driving a 2003 Honda Civic. Toler and passengers in the Civic, Kenneth Jeter, age 43 of Gaylesville, and a ten year old juvenile male of Rome were transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
