FORT PAYNE, Ala. – The DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office as well as, Investigations Unit, Narcotics and Criminal Interdiction Unit, conducted a saturation patrol during the weekend of February 3-5, 2023. While focusing on traffic violations and impaired drivers, just the increased presence of Law Enforcement Officers in one area can often deter a crime before it happens. One of our main goals is to keep the roadways in our county safe for the citizens.
There were 40 individuals arrested during this saturation.
