The Fyffe Lady Red Devils defeated R.C. Hatch tonight 41-39 to advance to the Class 2A State Championship game against Cold Springs Friday, March 1, 2019 at 9:00 AM, at the BJCC in Birmingham, Al. Fyffe shot 31% on 2 point shots, hitting 16 out of 51, while shooting 29% on 3 point shots, hitting 4-14. Alexia Barber was the leading scorer for the Red Devils with 13 points, followed by Marie Woodall with 10 points. Fyffe will take on the Cold Spring Eagles, who defeated G.W. Long 52-36, earlier today, to advance to the State Championship game against the Fyffe Red Devils.
