HUNTSVILLE POST– On 05/11/2020, at approximately 10:25 A.M., a single vehicle crash occurred on U.S. Highway 72, in the eastbound lane, in Jackson County. The crash involved an overturned log truck, which is currently blocking the eastbound lane. The eastbound lane has been diverted at County Road 5, with traffic flowing both directions on U.S. Highway 72, in the westbound lane. Crews are currently at work to clear the roadway. It is not known at this time when the eastbound lane will be open.
